How to respond to all other reviews from TripAdvisor, Zomato, Yelp and Booking.com
In this article, we highlight the easy process of responding to reviews from sites such as Zomato, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Booking.com and more.
The indirect response feature works similarly to the direct way but with one extra step to ensures that your response is successfully posted on the review site page. This applies to all other reviews coming from TripAdvisor, Zomato and Yelp among other ones. Here are the steps:
Click on Reply.
Choose a category and language.
Pick a response template or write your own response. You can also edit a template after choosing one.
Once you are ready to submit your response, click on Post manually. This will automatically copy your response and open the review site in a new tab, taking you to the customer’s review.
Paste your response under the customer’s review. Make sure you are logged in on an account that manages your business on that review site.
When you go back to Localyser, a window will pop up asking if you were able to post your response successfully. If that is the case, click Yes and your response will be recorded on Localyser. If you were not able to post it, click No and the review will remain without a response.
