How to connect your Google My Business account

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to connect your Google my Business account to Localyser. By following these instructions, you can seamlessly integrate your Google reviews with Localyser for efficient management.

Connecting your Google My Business account to your Localyser dashboard allows you to respond directly to reviews without having to be redirected to Google Maps.

Follow these simple steps to connect your GMB account

  • Go to Settings from the left hand menu and then click on Other.
  • Locate the 3rd Party Login tab and click on it.
  • Click on the blue Add new button and select Google from the drop down menu and click on the Connect button.
  • Follow the instructions to login to your Google My Business account with the correct email account that has access to all of your verified locations.
  • If you have multiple GMB accounts, you need to repeat the steps for each account

You'll be redirected to Localyser where you will see the new connection with an expiry date. Before the expiry date approaches, we will send you a reminder email to reconnect again by clicking on the refresh icon next to the delete icon.
